eat more of the good stuff

Stop avoiding the things you ‘shouldn’t’ eat and start adding more of the foods that you should be eating instead
There are treats everywhere—it’s no wonder it feels impossible to say "no" all day long!
You start your day feeling strong, determined. You tell yourself, “I’ve got this, I’ll stay away from it.”
But as the day goes on, those cravings creep up and the mental negotiation begins:
"I’ll just have yogurt for dinner…"
"I can work out an extra 30 minutes…"
"I’ll start over on Monday… or in January."
And then? You give in. The cravings win again, and that old familiar feeling of defeat washes over you.
But here’s the thing—you’re not alone, and it’s not about willpower. Let’s stop relying on that, ok? Promise?
The truth is, cravings aren’t controlled by your willpower or sweet tooth.
They’re a sign that your metabolic hormones need a reboot.
Instead of stressing over avoiding the foods you 'shouldn’t' eat, why not flip the script and start focusing on adding the foods your body actually needs? 😉
Cravings are just a symptom, and the root cause is a metabolic imbalance. To truly reduce them, you need to hit the reset button on your metabolism, instead of crossing your fingers and hoping willpower will pull you through—especially during the holidays.
Has willpower ever been enough to stop your cravings in the past?
Didn’t think so.
So, let’s reset those hormones and make cravings a thing of the past:
Step 1: Your hormones love consistency, so eat three balanced meals a day. Skipping meals to ‘save calories’? Not a good idea. You’ll end up paying for it later when cravings hit hard.
Step 2: Protein with every meal is non-negotiable. Most women I work with aren’t eating enough protein, and that leads to hunger and cravings.
These two simple steps will make a huge difference in supporting your hormones and shutting down those cravings for good.
Let’s get you back in control, no willpower required.
You're not broken. You’re not weak. And it’s not about willpower.
Fact: Sugar cravings aren’t a reflection of your self-control—they’re a biological response.
Fact: There’s nothing wrong with you if you find yourself reaching for sugary snacks more often than you'd like.
Fact: There’s a way out.
The reason those cravings keep showing up isn't a lack of willpower—it’s that you don’t yet have a strategy in place that addresses the root cause.
That’s why I created my 10-Day Sweet Freedom Protocol—a client favorite! This simple, easy-to-follow system uses real food to nourish your body and prevent cravings before they start.
